Then it will be added with the seventh sequel with the title "Saw X". The movie "Saw X" (2023) is a direct sequel to the first movie, before Saw II.

The time setting that is taken in the film is the time between Saw I and Saw II, so that Jigsaw "revives" from his death in the previous film. Now before watching, here is the synopsis of the Saw X 2023 movie.

The Saw X movie will tell the story of the journey of John Kramer aka Jigsaw who is a sadistic serial killer with terrible methods. The movie "Saw X" will also explore the past of John "Jigsaw" Kramer who was diagnosed with a deadly cancer.

He had to undergo a surgical procedure to remove the tumor. But apparently, the procedure he underwent was a fraud.

This prompted Kramer to take revenge on the scammers. He incorporates the deceivers into his mysterious and sadistic game.

It is predicted that in this movie, John Kramer will continue to hunt down people he considers guilty and responsible for the problem of his failed cancer surgery. The film "Saw X" is said to present the terrible traps that are the hallmark of this franchise.

In addition to Tobin Bell, Shawnee Smith will return as Amanda Young, a Jigsaw victim who eventually becomes Jigsaw's student. She is a drug addict who first appeared in the first Saw.

Amanda survived Jigsaw's infamous Reverse Bear Trap. She eventually became Jigsaw's student in 'Saw II'.

Meanwhile, Kevin Greutert, returns to direct "Saw X", after directing Saw VI which was released in 2009 and Saw: The Final Chapter in 2010. Before becoming a director, Kevin was involved as an editor of the first five Saw films.
